Biography
Mr. Bliss has over 35 years of continuous career experience in several areas of practice in the legal field. Prior to joining Sellers P.C. in October 2024, Mr. Bliss’ distinguished paralegal career has included working at an internationally prominent Washington, D.C. law firm, and subsequently at several local prominent law firms in the areas of civil and business litigation, probate and estate matters and family law.
Personal philosophy:
“Utilizing my many years of experience, I have worked closely with clients in all aspects of various legal matters, including litigation, probate and estate matters and family law. Understanding that each client and each matter brings a unique set of circumstances, in every instance, I strive to be sensitive, compassionate and attuned to the concerns of the client in each matter, always taking the time to listen and getting to know them and their situation thoroughly so that the Sellers, P.C. team can be best prepared to help achieve the client’s objectives – regardless of the situation.
Experience
During his career Mr. Bliss has directly assisted with and participated in hundreds of matters in several areas of the law. These included development of discovery matters in litigation, client interviews and client preparation for deposition and trial testimony, witness interviews and development, and preparing cases for mediation, arbitration and trial. He has also worked on numerous complex probate and estate planning matters. Mr. Bliss’ years of intensive training and experience, and his strong sense of discipline, preparedness and dedication to clients, are an integral asset to the firm’s team approach to providing strong, effective client representation and services while working to resolve and bring legal issues and matters to a successful conclusion for the clients of Sellers, P.C.
